Kilco Circulation Cleaner

The Kilco Circulation Cleaner is a chlorinated alkaline detergent designed for circulation cleaning of milk pipelines in hot water and in-place and manual cleaning of dairy equipment.
For use in hard or soft water areas which effectively cleans internal surfaces of the milking machine.

Daily HOT Circulation Cleaning:
Wash outside of clusters and attach to jetters. Rinse system well using 15 litres of lukewarm (approx 40°C) water per unit. Prepare 0.5% wash solution using 500ml product to 100 litres hot water (approx 80°C). Circulate through the system for 7 minutes. Rinse system well using 15 litres per unit of cold water. Hypochlorite or peracetic acid may be used in the final rinse at 100ml in 100 litres water.

For Direct Expansion tanks this product can be used at a rate of 500ml/100 litres (0.5%).
Contains a blend of surfactants, polymers, sequestrants, alkalis and sodium hypochlorite

Available in 25L and 200L.
