We use large amounts of foil ourselves in the production of pre-formed bottle tops as shown in the below video. We can also supply the foil on the roll in a variety of widths and prints for our customers to manufacture milk bottle caps on their own bottle filling machines. Similarly we can do the same for cream carton lids – double, single, whipping or plain we can supply with heat seal or crimp on lids either plain or printed to suit you needs.
We can assist you in creating your own personalised die for your business. All we require is a rough sketch of your ideas and we can then produce the art work required to manufacture embossed lids to your own specification following UK Legislation.
Once the design and manufacturing of the die has been completed we can either keep on site to produce your bottle caps within our capping department or we can send to you if you bottle yourselves.
